Cancellation policy

Cancellation of your Subscription . Distributors and Customers establish a recurring a Weekly monthly or Quarterly order for the subscription of their choice. This recurring order is called a subscription.

Customers have a right to cancel a subscription contract within 14 days of entering into it (initial cooling-off period) 

After initial cooling of period We require 7 days notice to cancel any Subscription. If you do not wish for your subscription to be processed for the month, we will need to receive your request at least 7 days prior to your subscription processing date. Your subscription processing date can be found by logging into your portal at Binchotancharcoal.co.uk Account links have been sent to your email address you signed up with when you first started your subscription . You can change, suspend your Subscription at any time through your portal or by emailing Sales@binchotancharcoal.co.uk.

If Nothing is changed you will be charged for the same product selection or service that you received the previous month. Please note: For Refunds please view our refund policy.
