If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of the United Kingdom. The arbitration shall take place in Shrewsbury address stated below, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
